Return & Refund Policy
At BotAt40, every item is made to order especially for you. Because each product is created after your order is placed, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or ordering the wrong colour.
Please review all product descriptions, sizing information, and colour options carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve your claim as quickly as possible, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the problem
We'll review your claim and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Returns
Returns are only accepted for products that:
- Arrived damaged during shipping
- Are defective or faulty
- Were manufactured incorrectly
- Are different from the item you ordered
All return requests must be approved before any item is sent back.
Please do not return any product without contacting us first, as return instructions may vary depending on the fulfilment location.
Exchanges
As all BotAt40 merchandise is made to order, we cannot offer exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selected
- Change of mind
- Incorrect colour selected
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll gladly replace it at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
Refunds will only be approved in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.
